Meet Dr. Erin Glynn

Erin Glynn, Ph.D., is an expert in metabolism, exercise physiology, weight management, and metabolic disease, with over 30 published research articles. After a decade in academic research, she transitioned to developing dietary supplements and health programs. In 2023, Dr. Glynn founded Metabolic PhD to provide science-based guidance on nutrition, fitness, longevity, and wellness.


She earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M and her Ph.D. in Preventive Medicine from UTMB, focusing on how exercise and nutrition impact muscle health. Dr. Glynn completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University's Stedman Nutrition & Metabolism Center, researching metabolic diseases and interventions using metabolomics.


With over 8 years in R&D for dietary supplement companies, Erin has led initiatives for multi-million-dollar brands, directed clinical trials, and managed international teams, bringing cutting-edge science to health and wellness.
